Practical Accessibility and Inclusive Experience Review
A defined review of a place, service or journey — from first search for information, through arrival, use, participation and departure. Includes documents and website information, a site visit where suitable, conversations with relevant people, a prioritised set of findings and a discussion with those who can act on them.

Technical Access Consulting
Qualified access input for a particular building or design question, including relevant access requirements, drawings, site conditions and practical options.
Skye Shannon is a qualified Access Consultant with a Diploma of Access Consulting and a Diploma of Business, plus experience in health and local government settings. Scope, inputs, deliverables and who is responsible for design and compliance decisions are agreed in the proposal.
Longer Organisational Work
For a larger service or organisation, an initial review may become an action plan, staff development, consultation design or implementation support.
This is most useful when leadership names the person who can make decisions, the resources available and a way to check whether the changes helped.
A report on its own cannot guarantee an outcome.
