Practical accessibility and inclusive experience reviews

Does it actually work for the person using it?

A policy can say people are welcome. A building can meet a minimum. A team can complete training. We look at what happens when a person actually tries to get in, make a booking, ask a question, do the job or take part.

Recommendations need an owner and a realistic next step.

Longer Organisational Work

For a larger service or organisation, an initial review may become an action plan, staff development, consultation design or implementation support.

This is most useful when leadership names the person who can make decisions, the resources available and a way to check whether the changes helped.

A report on its own cannot guarantee an outcome.

Work with Skye

Three steps

  1. Enquire

Tell us the audience, the outcome you want and the date.

  2. Scoping call

We agree scope, boundaries, who is paying, who makes decisions, how many sites, and travel.

  3. Proposal

    Separately scoped and priced.

I bring lived experience and know its limits. One person cannot speak for every disabled person. Where a project needs other lived experience or technical expertise, the scope should include it.
